Free shipping on orders over $99 (before tax) anywhere in Canada.

What's GTA same-day?

Same-day before 10 AM Mon-Fri delivery to Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Hamilton, Oakville, plus surrounding GTA postal codes. Orders after 10 AM ship next business day.

ID Verification

Government-issued photo ID showing 19+ (Ontario) or 18+ (Quebec) is required at every delivery. Driver verifies before releasing the package. Concierge buildings: hand-off to concierge with order name + ID-check policy applied.

Tracking

Tracking number sent by email once your order ships. For GTA same-day, you'll receive a delivery window text 30 minutes before arrival.

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returns include:

• Sealed disposable devices (still in original packaging)
• Sealed closed-pod refill packs
• Sealed e-liquid bottles
• Hardware in original packaging with all accessories

Free return shipping label provided. Refund issued to original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.

What's NOT returnable

• Opened e-liquid bottles (hygiene reasons)
• Used disposable devices (single-use product)
• Used closed-pod refills
• Coils that have been installed

Defective Products

If your sealed product is defective on arrival or fails within manufacturer warranty: email info@vapestoredelivery.ca with order number + photos. We coordinate replacement or refund per manufacturer warranty terms.

How to Start a Return

1. Email info@vapestoredelivery.ca with order number + reason for return.
2. We email a free Canada Post / UPS return label within one business day.
3. Print + attach to package, drop off at any Canada Post or UPS counter.
4. Refund issued within 5-7 business days of receipt at our depot.
