How fast is "same-day"?

Order placed before 10 AM EST Mon-Fri arrives same day, typically by 6PM. Closer-in neighbourhoods (downtown, midtown) often arrive 2-4PM.

What if I'm in Toronto but order after 10 AM EST?

Goes out the next business day. Friday afternoon orders ship Monday.

Do you deliver to apartments / condos with concierge?

Yes. The driver hands directly to the resident (after ID check), or — if the building requires — to concierge with your name on the package. We don't leave packages at the door for vape products under any circumstances.

Do you deliver to UofT / TMU / York University residences?

Yes, but the resident still has to be 19+ with valid ID. We don't leave packages with mailroom or front desk.

What if I'm not home?

We try once. If we can't reach you, the package returns to our facility and we'll re-attempt the next business day. No restocking fee for the first miss.

Saturday / Sunday delivery?

Not currently — Mon-Fri only. Saturday/Sunday orders ship Monday.
