How fast is delivery?
30-minute downtown Toronto express within 15 km of the core. Same-day GTA ($4.99 flat) before 10 AM Mon-Fri to Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Hamilton, and the rest of the GTA. Next-day Greater Montreal Region Mon-Thu cutoff. Canada-wide standard 1-7 business days.
What's the delivery fee?
$4.99 flat for GTA same-day + Greater Montreal next-day. $14.99 for the rest of Canada (Canada Post / UPS standard). Free over $99.
What if I'm not home?
Driver attempts hand-off; if no answer, calls the number on the order. Concierge buildings: hand-off to concierge with order name + ID-check policy applied.
Do I need ID at handoff?
Yes — government-issued photo ID showing 19+ (Ontario) or 18+ (Quebec) is required for every delivery. No exceptions.
Can I change my address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 30 minutes. After dispatch, we can't redirect.

Are all products federally compliant?
Yes — every SKU is the Canadian-spec product (20mg salt-nic ceiling, TVPA-aligned packaging, federal flavour disclosure). No grey-market parallel imports.
What's the difference between disposables, pods, and e-liquid?
Disposables: pre-filled, pre-charged, single-use. Closed-pod systems: buy the device once, replace pods. E-liquid bottles: refill an open-system pod-mod (Caliburn, Xros, etc.) — pair with coils & replacement pods.
What's the most popular brand?

Which disposable lasts longest?

Can I refill a disposable?
No — disposables are sealed devices designed for single use. For refillable systems, see refillable pod devices + e-liquid.
Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
30-day returns on unopened items. Free return label + full refund. Defective sealed devices: replacement or refund per manufacturer policy. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
What if my product is defective?
Email info@vapestoredelivery.ca with order number + photos within 30 days. Replacement or refund issued.
Are e-liquid bottles returnable?
Only sealed/unopened. Once opened, e-liquid can't be returned for hygiene reasons.
Payment & Account
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay at checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer also accepted at handoff for GTA same-day delivery.
Do I need an account to order?
No — guest checkout is supported. Creating an account lets you track past orders + saves shipping addresses.

Compliance & Age Verification
What's the legal vape age in Canada?
19+ in Ontario, BC, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, PEI, Yukon. 18+ in Alberta, Quebec, Saskatchewan, NWT, Nunavut. Every order requires ID at delivery.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
No — vape products require ID verification at handoff, which requires a physical address with someone present.
Are flavoured vape products legal in my province?
Quebec restricts in-store flavour displays. Federal flavour regulations apply nationally. Every product on our site is federally compliant.
Vape products contain nicotine — a highly addictive chemical. Sold to age-of-majority adults only. ID required at delivery. We comply with the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA) and provincial regulations on every order.
