Include order number in subject. Photos of any product issue.

What to include in your email

  • Order number (starts with #)
  • Product name + variant if asking about a specific item
  • Delivery address if asking about shipping ETA
  • Photos if reporting a defective product (sealed packaging, device, packaging interior)

Common questions — check first

When will my order arrive?

GTA same-day: 2-6PM if ordered before 10 AM Mon-Fri. Greater Montreal: next business day. Canada Post / UPS standard: 1-7 business days. Tracking sent by email.

Can I change my address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us within 30 minutes of placing it. After dispatch, we can't redirect.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on unopened items. See Shipping & Returns.

What if my product is defective?

Email us photos within 30 days. Defective sealed devices: replacement or refund per manufacturer policy.

Do you have a physical location to walk in?

We're an online-only retailer with delivery, not a walk-in shop. Same-day delivery in the GTA is functionally as fast as a store visit.

I'm a wholesale buyer — who do I talk to?

Email info@vapestoredelivery.ca with "Wholesale" in the subject line and your business details.

We deliver to Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Hamilton, Oakville, the Greater Montreal Region, and the rest of Canada via Canada Post / UPS.

Vape products contain nicotine. Sold to 19+ adults only. ID required at delivery.
