Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Vape Store Delivery. Your satisfaction matters — if something isn't right, we make it right. Here's exactly how it works.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals intact.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Original receipt or order number is required.

2. Items NOT Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once delivered:

Opened e-liquids, salt nics, or pre-filled disposable vapes
Items with broken or removed seals
Used pods or coils
Final-sale or clearance items
Gift cards

3. Defective or Damaged Items

If your device or product arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We'll dispatch a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice. Return shipping on defects is on us.

4. How to Start a Return

Email hello@vapestoredelivery.ca with your order number and reason for return.
We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
Drop your package at any Canada Post location.
Refund issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receipt and inspection.

5. Refund Details

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Change-of-mind returns: customer is responsible for return shipping.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

6. Wrong Item Received

Contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange free pickup and reshipment of the correct item — no return shipping cost to you.

7. Right to Refuse

Vape Store Delivery reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility criteria, are returned outside the 30-day window, or show signs of use.
