Yes — Canada-wide shipping via Canada Post or UPS, 1-7 business days depending on distance from Toronto. Free over $99 excluding tax. The exception is provinces with specific delivery restrictions; rare, but check at checkout.

What's the same-day cutoff?

10 AM Eastern, Monday through Friday. Orders after that go out the next business day. Friday afternoon orders ship Monday morning since we don't run delivery on weekends.

How does ID verification work?

Every delivery requires ID at the door — 19+ Ontario, 18+/19+ depending on province. The driver checks ID and confirms before handing off. We don't leave packages at the door for vape delivery. If the door isn't answered or ID isn't shown, the package goes back to the depot and a small restocking fee applies.

14 days from delivery, return by mail. Free return shipping (we cover it). Items must be unopened with manufacturing seal intact. Full return policy.

Are these products legal?

How does placing an order work?

Is shipping the same as delivery?

Not quite. Delivery = our local couriers handing your parcel over the same evening (GTA + Montreal). Shipping = Canada Post / UPS for everywhere else. Both are tracked end-to-end.

Is ID verification required? Will the driver check?

Yes. Government-issued photo ID showing 19+ is required on every delivery — our drivers and Canada Post / UPS couriers all check. If no one 19+ is at the address, the parcel returns to depot. A restocking fee may apply on repeated missed deliveries.

Do you offer contact-free delivery?

Yes — at the door, we can leave the parcel after visual ID confirmation through the door or window. ID verification is still required.

Will there be any delays?

Rarely. Weather, traffic, and stat holidays can stretch windows. If we know about a delay, we email/SMS within 60 minutes. For Canada Post / UPS, the tracking number is the source of truth.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

Driver re-attempts next business day. Two missed deliveries → parcel returns to depot for in-person pickup with ID. After three failed re-attempts, the order is refunded minus a small restocking fee.

I entered my delivery address incorrectly — what now?

Email us at info@vapestoredelivery.ca within 30 minutes of placing the order with your order number and the corrected address. If we haven't dispatched yet, we can update at no charge.
