Shipping Policy

Vape Store Delivery ships across Canada — same-day in the GTA, next-day in Montreal, and express anywhere else. All orders are age-verified at checkout and again on delivery (19+).

Same-Day Delivery — Greater Toronto Area

  • Cut-off: Order before 4:00 PM ET, Monday–Saturday.
  • Delivery window: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM the same evening.
  • Fee: Flat $5. FREE on orders over $69.
  • Cities served: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, and surrounding postal codes.

Next-Day Delivery — Montreal & Greater Montreal

  • Order by 8:00 PM ET to ship the same night.
  • Delivered the next business day.
  • Flat $5 fee. FREE on orders over $69.
  • Coverage includes Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, South Shore, West Island, and surrounding areas.

Express Shipping — Canada-Wide

  • 1–3 business days via Canada Post Expedited or Purolator.
  • Fee: Calculated at checkout (typically $7–$15). FREE on orders over $69.
  • Tracking number emailed when shipping label is generated.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also view live status from your account dashboard.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside indicating the contents.

Age Verification on Delivery

An adult aged 19+ must be present to sign for the package and present valid government-issued photo ID. We cannot leave packages unattended. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card and reattempt delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within Canada only — no international orders.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes for age-restricted products.
  • Some remote postal codes may have extended delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at hello@vapestoredelivery.ca and we'll investigate immediately. Lost packages are replaced free of charge once confirmed by the carrier.
