Shipping Policy

Vape Store Delivery ships across Canada — same-day in the GTA, next-day in the Greater Montreal Region, and standard shipping anywhere else in Canada. All orders are age-verified at checkout and again on delivery (19+).

Same-Day Delivery — Greater Toronto Area

  • Cut-off: Order before 10:00 AM ET, Monday–Friday.
  • Delivery window: 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM the same day.
  • Fee: $4.99 flat. FREE on orders over $99 before tax.
  • Cities served: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Etobicoke, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Hamilton, Oakville, and surrounding GTA postal codes.

Next-Day Delivery — Montreal & Greater Montreal

  • Order before 10:00 AM ET, Monday–Thursday.
  • Delivered the next business day.
  • $4.99 flat fee. FREE on orders over $99 before tax.
  • Coverage includes Montréal, Laval, Longueuil, South Shore, West Island, and surrounding areas.

Standard Shipping — Canada-Wide

  • 1–7 business days via Canada Post or UPS.
  • Fee: $14.99 standard. FREE on orders over $99 before tax.
  • Tracking number emailed when shipping label is generated.

Order Tracking

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately and a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also view live status from your account dashboard.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging. There is nothing on the outside indicating the contents.

Age Verification on Delivery

An adult aged 19+ must be present to sign for the package and present valid government-issued photo ID. We cannot leave packages unattended. If no one is available, the courier will leave a card and reattempt delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We ship within Canada only — no international orders.
  • We do not ship to PO boxes for age-restricted products.
  • Some remote postal codes may have extended delivery times.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us at info@vapestoredelivery.ca and we'll investigate immediately. Lost packages are replaced free of charge once confirmed by the carrier.
