This website is operated by Vape Store Delivery ("VSD", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting vapestoredelivery.ca or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

Section 1 — Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 19 years of age to use this website or purchase any product from us. By using this site, you represent that you are at least 19 years old. We verify age at checkout and again on delivery — government-issued photo ID is required to receive your order. Sales to minors are strictly prohibited and will be refused.

Section 2 — Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction. You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or destructive code. Breach of these Terms results in immediate termination of services.

Section 3 — General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from us. Credit card information is always encrypted during transmission.

We have made every effort to display product colours and images accurately, but cannot guarantee monitor accuracy. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. You agree to promptly update your account information so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
