By using vapestoredelivery.ca and ordering products from Vape Store Delivery, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Last updated: January 2026.

1. Eligibility

You must be of legal age (19+ in Ontario, 18+ in Quebec, varying by province) to order vape products from this site. You must provide valid government-issued photo ID at delivery. Orders cannot be released to anyone under the age of majority for the destination province.

2. Product Authenticity & Compliance

All products sold on this site are federally-compliant Canadian-spec products from licensed manufacturers. Nicotine strength is capped at 20mg/mL per federal regulations. Packaging includes federal flavour disclosure and TVPA-aligned warnings. We do not sell grey-market parallel imports.

3. Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in CAD and include applicable federal vape excise duty. HST/GST/PST is added at checkout per the destination province. Stock is real-time — items may sell out between cart and checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if the product becomes unavailable after order placement.

4. Payment

We accept credit/debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay at checkout. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Interac e-Transfer accepted at handoff for GTA same-day delivery only. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant gateways.

5. Delivery

Delivery zones, fees, and timelines are listed at Online Vape Delivery Canada. We are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post, UPS, or third-party couriers. ID verification (19+/18+ depending on province) is required at handoff. If no eligible person is present, the order returns to depot for next-day re-attempt.

6. Returns & Refunds

30-day return window on unopened items. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy. Opened e-liquid bottles, used disposables, and used closed-pod refills are not returnable for hygiene reasons. Defective products are covered by manufacturer warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content, including product photography, written copy, branding, and design, is owned by Vape Store Delivery or licensed for our use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially use any site content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vape Store Delivery is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Vape products contain nicotine, which is addictive and harmful. Use at your own risk and per manufacturer instructions.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share customer data with third parties beyond what's required to process and deliver orders.

10. Compliance

We comply with the federal Tobacco and Vaping Products Act, Health Canada vaping regulations, and applicable provincial vape laws. Customers are responsible for compliance with local laws when receiving products.

11. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@vapestoredelivery.ca if you suspect unauthorized access.

12. Modifications

These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version is always posted at this URL. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
