How It Works

Find the same product (same brand, same model, same strength, in stock) at any authorized Canadian retailer.
Email us the link at info@vapestoredelivery.ca before placing your order — or include it in chat at checkout.
We verify the price within one business hour and apply the matched price (plus an extra 5% off the difference) to your order.
Order ships same-day if you're in the GTA.

What Qualifies

The competitor must be a Canadian-based, authorized retailer with a physical or verifiable online storefront.
Product must be identical: same brand, model, nicotine strength, flavour, and pack size.
Item must be in stock at the competitor at the time of the request.
Price must be advertised — not a coupon-only or membership-only price.

What Doesn't Qualify

Marketplace sellers (eBay, Amazon third-party, Kijiji, Facebook Marketplace)
Grey-market or non-authorized resellers
Auction sites or clearance/closeout pricing
Bundle deals or "buy 2 get 1" offers
International retailers (US, UK, etc.)
Prices that include illegal or unverified products

The 5% Beat-It Bonus

If we verify a competitor price is lower, we don't just match it — we beat it by an additional 5% of the difference. Example: their price $40, our price $45 → we charge you $39.75.

Already Placed an Order?

If you find a lower price within 7 days of your purchase, email us with your order number and the competitor link. We'll refund the difference (plus the 5% beat-it bonus) to your original payment method.
